- ELECTRICITY
- : basic electrification installation in a home carried out in accordance with current regulations and distributed in 5 independent circuits, protected under corrugated pipe and register boxes and approved mechanisms, consisting of the following elements:
- WINDOWS : Supply and assembly of PVC carpentry with Cortizo A70 profiles, for the formation of 5 windows with 4/16/4 double glazing. Roller shutters manually operated by means of a belt and collector. Fully assembled and tested by the installation company.
- DOORS
- : Supply and installation of 5 swing doors, solid, grooved with horizontal lines, lacquered in white, with mouldings, fittings and handles. Fully assembled and tested.
- PLATFORM
- : supply and installation of laminate flooring valued at €10/m², with AC5 abrasion resistance, made up of a decorative laminated HDF base board in the colour and model of your choice. The entire assembly is installed using a floating tongue-and-groove system on a 3 mm thick high-density polyethylene foam sheet. Including p/p for skirting boards, joint-covering mouldings and mounting accessories.
- PAINT
- : sanitation and preparation of walls by mechanical scraping and sanding. application of plaster. formation of a layer of plastic paint, white in colour, matt finish, by applying a base coat of water-based acrylic emulsion as a surface fixative and two finishing coats of washable plastic paint.
